Classic Rhubarb Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 double pie crust
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rhubarb, sugar, and flour until the rhubarb is coated evenly.
- Line a 9-inch pie dish with one of the pie crusts.
- Pour the rhubarb mixture into the pie crust and dot with butter.
- Cover the filling with the second pie crust, seal the edges, and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the rhubarb and granulated sugar. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
