Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon cardamom pods
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped rhubarb, water, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, peppercorns, and ginger.
