Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of salt
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the salt, olive oil, black pepper, garlic, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the chicken.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
