Rhubarb Pretzels (Germany)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of salt
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the salt, olive oil, black pepper, garlic, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the chicken.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
