  4. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  5. In another bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, maple syrup, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour the fruit mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the fruit.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving.
